Music Production
Music can move people, shift atmospheres, and tell stories without a single word. The Music Production Program goes beyond making tracks — students learn to craft sound that connects, inspires, and transforms.
Across a full year, they progress from creating their first beats to producing professional-level work. They write melodies, layer harmonies, record live instruments, design cinematic textures, and master industry tools like Ableton Live and Logic Pro. By the second semester, they’re scoring original film scenes in collaboration with ShineWorks film students, bringing music and story together on screen.
Guided by Louis-Pier Racicot — professional musician, educator, and international performer — students work in a real studio environment, exploring every part of the process from concept to final mix. The year ends with public showcases where their work is released, screened, and celebrated, giving them a portfolio they can be proud of.
