  • All course materials, including videos, documents, curriculum content, and recordings, are the property of Shineworks Film School or its instructors unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials without written permission.

  • Any work you create in our programs remains your intellectual property, but by participating you grant Shineworks a non-exclusive right to use, with your consent, recordings or images of your work for educational and promotional purposes.

5. Media Release

  • We may capture photos, videos, and audio during classes and events for promotional and educational use.

  • You may opt out of media use by providing written notice before the start of the program.
